Emma and Marvin got involved in the training exchange
The week before last, it was time for our two (ex) trainees — recruit young talent! At Ludwig-Erhard-Berufskolleg, the Apprenticeship exchange Instead: Students from Münster and the surrounding area attended the event to get to know 60 Münster companies, learn more about the approximately 100 training occupations and perhaps already make initial contacts.
From trainees for trainees: real experience counts
Getting to know each other requires questions that need to be answered. Two of our colleagues took on this task — Emma, the in the third year of her training as an office management assistant is, and Marvin, who completed his training at ECON TEL has recently completed. It is always an advantage when trainees from a company get in touch with potential prospects themselves. Who can say more about everyday working life in training than trainees themselves? This was also noticeable directly at the ECON TEL stand: Students had no inhibitions about talking to our young colleagues.
It's great that we were there!
We were delighted to be there and present our company. In recent years, the job market has changed enormously: It is all the more important to present yourself as an employer and become visible in order to attract up-and-coming talent.
We would like to say many thanks to Emma and Marvin, who supervised our stand and knew the answer to every question — and of course to everyone who was there, as well as to the organizer.
