In telephone sales, you are the heart of our company. One of your key tasks is to contact potential customers of our clients. This requires sensitivity, as your aim is to make contact with important decision-makers and find out what order opportunities are available for our customers.

Our clients are predominantly managers or executives in management positions. This means that you will mainly be communicating with managing directors, owners or marketing and sales managers. In addition to your social and professional skills, your emotional intelligence will also be in demand. The communicative exchange takes place in hybrid form - i.e. in the form of online and face-to-face meetings. In addition to face-to-face meetings on site, you will present digitally in our video studios.

As a project lead (m/f/d), you are the link between customers and your team. On the one hand, you lead the employees of your team. At the same time, you will advise and develop your business customers and are responsible for effective project initialization and management. Together with our clients, you define project goals and ensure that they are achieved with your team. You then present the vividly presented project results to your customers.
