Volunteering is a valuable asset that enriches and strengthens our society. For this reason, we would like to offer our (belated) congratulations to Laura. Since November 1, 2024, she has been officially appointed as a volunteer examiner by the IHK North Westphalia. She is a member of the examination committee for "Salesman/Service Specialist for Dialogue Marketing".
"I’m really looking forward to the volunteer work – I did an internship beforehand and made sure that it was the right thing for me," reports Laura.
Twice a year – in summer and winter – the last part of the final examination of the training takes place at the IHK: the oral examination. "Last month I was allowed to take it for the first time: the examinee didn’t know that I was also nervous at the other end of the table. We conducted the technical and sales discussion together with another experienced examiner. In any case, it is nice that all the examinees passed that day," Laura continues.
"I am grateful to be able to be part of this eventful day for young people, because it is a milestone for them," says Laura, who has been involved in training for years. It is the desire to make a difference - to give young people a perspective for their professional lives. "That gives me a good feeling," says Laura.
