Our Head of Project Administration Laura Seegers has successfully completed her trainer aptitude test - took advantage of continuing education opportunity: ECON TEL has always placed particular emphasis on employee development. A striking example of this is the career of Laura Seegers, who stayed with ECON TEL after her training and now heads our project administration. “In this role, I always supervise the trainees in our department anyway,” says Laura. “It made sense to take advantage of the continuing education opportunities at ECON TEL and officially take the trainer aptitude test and thus educational aptitude. ”
After attending the course Training of Instructors at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, a lot of learning and intensive preparation, a three-hour written test and a practical part, which includes a presentation or the implementation of a company training situation. This was followed by a quarter-hour technical discussion. Laura has easily overcome these hurdles and will be able to support the HR department even better in supervising trainees in the future. ECON TEL Head of Customer Projects Markus Hintzen is particularly pleased about this: “With another trainer, we can continue to guarantee a high level of training in the future.
